Napster sued for putting people to sleep. Yep. A company that produces meditation music is taking Napster to court so they're not responsible for the effect of their music when downloaded, without the warning label. (via Short News)

Centerpointe should just be happy that anyone is showing the slightest bit of interest in what most people can hear simply by sticking their head out of a fast moving car's window. If that sort of music made people pass out, Yanni would have a body count equal to that of Pol Pot.
