Doesn't this all seem a little excessive and high profile for only $136k?

I wish I could have been a fly on the wall in the control room during that broadcast.

It was so crazy in there, even though the robbers didnt actually enter the room the staff came storming into the room like they were being chased by an angry pack of rhinos, all the girls from the ladies sideevent started screaming, people turned over tables to use for cover. Some of the dealers who tried to stay and hide almost got stamped over, thankfully the worst accident was just a guy loosing a front tooth (he was too close to the ladies event table lol). Pretty scary stuff

Do you have any idea how many döner kebabs that'll fetch you in Berlin?

I read that it was closer to a million euros.

Say what you want, but it takes some serious balls to pull off something like that.
Coupled with just the right amount of stupidity, of course.

I'd like to hear the Norman Chad commentary on that.
"I haven't seen robbery like that since my last alimony hearing!"

Holy crap.

Glad nobody was badly hurt, but this seems like a really brilliant robbery. Of course if they guy hadnt started yelling about having a bomb imagine how much they could have made from players pockets too?

Makes me glad i mostly play in AC where all the armed gangsters are running the joints.

They were all caught. The only bright spot in the whole story is the name of the tournament's winner. I won't spoil it for you.
