A Twelve-year-old's diary, from the 70's

Ping pong, school, gardening... days in the life of a 12-year-old, circa 1975 and posted to a blog 30+ years after the fact.

(Lacks the suspense it would have had if posted back in '07, but still pretty neat.)

Talk about living vicariously and in the past to boot...

oh dear - what if we all start posting our diaries from when we were 12 on the web? oh dear...

Will this allow us to decry previous generations for their shallowness and narcissism as well?

Considering I became intensely interested in the opposite sex at 11, you don't want to know.

It would be better and more significant than anything else they ever posted, by far.

I wish I wouldn't think so far in the future, because it always bothers my mind with descions which don't make any difference at this point in my life.

I wish I were this smart now, let alone when I was 12.
