Driving Over Jakob Nielsen: use left arrow to move left, right arrow to move right (which is quite useable really!)

The load time is too slow. There's no volume control. The instructions, simple as they are, should be displayed when the game starts. Jakob doesn't scream and bleed when you hit him.
