The antics of print-on-demand publisher PublishAmerica have been covered here before, but it seems they've reached a new low: using Haiti quake relief to get authors to buy more copies of their own books.

This is on top of "donating" copies of your book to various parties such as publishers and best-selling authors.

Man I hate those guys. They give the actual publishing industry a bad name. Hopefully someone can actually nail them for fraud this time.
