The Story of Dynamite (1925) and The Story of Gasoline (1924): two unusual silent films from the enormously varied and fascinating PublicResource.org's youtube channel.

The channel includes a huge variety of vintage U.S. Government films (not all silent), including Federal Law Enforcement training films, U.S. Navy and Coastguard, National Archives (from Black Panthers to Nixon to the Pueblo Incident), WW2 Stuff, and Marijuana ca. 1970. A time suck, if you do not observe MetaDiscipline.

We just watched The Story of Gasoline here at work, and recommend playing techno music in the background while it runs.
