Peter Watts receives suspended sentence

Peter Watts, the marine biologist and science fiction writer from Canada who was beaten and maced by US border guards while leaving the United States and later found guilty of felony failure to comply, has been given a suspended sentence and a $500 fine. Due to the felony conviction, he's barred ever from entering the United States again, although his brother lives here.

Sorry. Colorblind. Looks green to me - and I never knew about that followup rule. Well, darn. Second FPP and it sucked.
