Two points: The porcine precedent to frankenlouie and this guy was a pig named Ditto. Ditto lived to adulthood, as this guy might, but he died of pneumonia caused by food inhalation when breathing through one muzzle while eating with the other.(from the Diprosopus link above) That is a little too funny/sad, as I'd bet that if our cat had an additional face, her ravenous scarfing of kibble might lead to the same fate. (yes kitty, you eat like a double faced pig)
