His name is an anagram of U.N. A SATAN SMOCK. Obviously an Illuminati plant. Or counter-plant. Or counter-counter plant. Or counter-counter-counter plant. Or counter-counter-counter-counter plant. I like how the Telegraph article states "he appeared in a spandex suit and cloak with his chest emblazoned with a giant 'S' for Supercitizen" even though the photo has him wearing a giant letter 'C'.
Maybe I'm missing something. I don't speak no langages.

Update to my previous Mockus post: Mockus is now running on a ticket with Fajardo, the other mathematician in the race.
