A few HST images (including one of the the Orion nebula) were modeled in three dimensions for the Hubble 3D IMAX movie... though personally I found the true-stereo footage of the Hubble repair much more impressive. It's a pretty stupendous film, particularly for anyone who ever dreamed of being an astronaut.
