13-year-old girl admits to killing some 50 people. Probably video games or MTV or rap music

There is a long history of little girls telling big lies. Obviously this case needs more evidence then her own testimony.

Probably video games or MTV or rap music...

Or maybe Evil Lagosian Cults?

And yeah, I imagine this isn't entirely the truth.

Or maybe it was because she was a "pupil at an army college" perhaps?
Sorry, that just jumped out at me.

In many nations, there are a lot of young people killing others. Warlords don't put an age limit on new hires. The Democratic Republic of Congo, Sierra Leone, and Columbia are a few of the places where the fighting is over diamond mines, etc. and the access to small arms fuels the conflict.

There is an estimated 500 million small arms in the world. In Pakistan owning a gun is rare, owning "guns" is common. In Columbia FARC members are as young as 11.

It's messed up. Babies are playing Guerilla. I need to take a walk. This stuff disturbs me whenever I think about it.

I don't think this is true.

the "pupil at an army college" bit stuck out to me as well. But what (besides occasional killing) do cults and armies have in common? Haircuts.

I guess anyone who can pull a trigger can kill someone ... but it's very disturbing all the same.... about as disturbing as those two kids in Britain who lured a toddler out and brutally murdered him. Sometimes I just don't want to live in this world. *sigh*

I half expected this link to come from Ananova. That's a mighty sketchy news story.

Notice she killed 2 year olds as well as adults.

Also, notice that his is ritual killing. Probably no guns allowed; everything must be done by hand, I assume.
