Holy nostalgia fetish, it's Ward Sutton's bat porn.

So Vivid is launching an ENTIRE LINE of Superhero themed porn?

I'm gonna somehow blame Watchmen for this.

I never considered Batman a superhero, he was just a smart guy with a cool outfit and a secret identity. By that standard, a drag queen is a superhero. Of course, the drag queen's sidekick instead of the Boy Wonder, would be Wonder If It's A Boy.

And the Catwoman would be... nevermind. Too Easy.

The Bi-Wonder?

I like how this post and the True Blood post surround a moral outrage story like the bread in an American Psyche Sandwich

I have a sinking feeling this might just be one of those *poof* FPPs

The Frank Miller parody is spot on. Spot. On.

I love Ward Sutton's work on Strangers with Candy and his Sutton Impact comics.

Bonus points for them actually shooting at the Bronson Cave.

Surely they can release another video wherein Batman goes poof.

I did vaguely consider doing a post about the Texas Republicans Party voting to make blowjobs illegal in Texas I am not even kidding there, but at the end of the day posts about crazy American politics are probably best left to Americans. Racy pop culture stories with Batman depicted in multiple styles including that spot on Miller one is something I am all about though.

Vivid can start here I guess

With the exception of Clark Kent giving Lois Lane an orgasm when he kisses her, the other examples in that above link are abominations and will surely be wiped off the face of the planet and erased from mankind's collective memory by whatever deity or invisible deal you believe runs the universe.

Crap, I did not. Thank you.

Plastic Man is a given.

Garth Ennis has a pretty nasty take on Metamorpho in The Boys at the moment.

Given his role in Twilight Of The Superheroes, yeah Plastic Man is always gonna get screwed (over).

And the trailer gets like 3/4 million hits on youtube... wonder how much that translates to actual DVD purchases as opposed to piracy (even if I learn from 'tube comments it has a non-pr0n option)

I went to click on The Whelk's link and I thought, "This list better have Starfox on it."

Sure enough.

Starfox was CREE-PY.

We watched the Vivid Batman movie. The casting and plot related acting was nearly on par with the sixties show. The best work was from a grizzled Randy Spears as the Joker ... Excellent laugh and attitude. The Riddler was good, too. Sadly, it suffers from what we might call "Vivid Syndrome" ... Well lit, good costuming and sets, technically ept, but the sex is entirely without heat, goes on way too long, and generally features [Metafilter:] uncomfortable poses with endlessly repetitive thrusting. There's a cool non sex cameo from the Hedgehog, which got a laugh.

Batman was the third possibility that went through my mind in connection with the words 'bat porn'.

We watched the Vivid Batman movie.

But do words like "THRUST!", "BOING!" and "SPOOGE!" pop up onscreen in comicbook soundeffect style?
posted by Artw at 9:34 PM on June 27, 2010

Artw, alas no. That might've redeemed the interminability somewhat. Istr a choreographed fight scene though, that did.
