Marijuana use legal for terminally ill "Canada became the first country in the world on Monday to allow terminally ill patients to grow and smoke their own marijuana, overriding protests from doctors who said the decision could put them in an awkward situation."

Also interesting to note is that the dope is being grown (by government contract) by a biosciences firm which is operating several hundred feet underground in an abandoned mine. The huge underground spaces which are now mostly liabilities are ptotentially the hothouses of the future for GE crops as well — no chance of seeds being carried by the wind to contaminate neighbouring farms and constant underground temperatures (free heat) all the year round, no matter what climate.

If the terminally ill use pot then we in our country (the U.S.) can use this as evidence that pot kills.
