Okay, the M83-Maru mash is epic win on every level and I'm hardly even drunk and it got me all teary-eyed. posted by turgid dahlia at 5:10 AM on August 11, 2010 [3 favorites]

The amount of time I've wasted dicking around with this is non-trivial. posted by The Whelk at 5:22 AM on August 11, 2010
They need to make a state out of that M83Maru mix. Put that shit on a Wheaties box. That was civilization-defining. posted by Civil_Disobedient at 6:28 AM on August 11, 2010 [1 favorite]

Kitty is 1000 times more epic like this. Then again, that music makes everything 1000 times more epic. posted by The Bellman at 6:46 AM on August 11, 2010
It's awesome when they work in both directions. Weirdly, both offer improvements over the original. (Also: Obligatory) posted by schmod at 7:41 AM on August 11, 2010
Who needs a choice of audio when you've got the Benny Hill theme wrapped up in a single, easy to use page? posted by Brodiggitty at 8:18 AM on August 11, 2010
Eh, I don't know what was wrong with my troubles above... I changed to a different video (the non- Capitol Records one) and it started working. Anyway I was able to recreate my very first VHS experiment in 1984: a mix of "I Want A New Drug" and "Born On The Bayou". I always enjoyed jumbling up contrasting music cultures. posted by crapmatic at 8:57 AM on August 11, 2010
Just submitted this one. A much better song for the Soprano's finale. (Note: it seems like you have to press the big "play" button at the bottom in order for it to work). posted by ericbop at 9:03 AM on August 11, 2010
I'd like to see a button to easily swap the videos instead of copy and pasting from the address bar, a general volume control, and an auto-buffer option. posted by Evilspork at 10:09 AM on August 11, 2010
Man, I hope somebody comes up with something that provides a much better song for the Sopranos finale. posted by Shepherd at 12:13 PM on August 11, 2010
Hmm, you'll need to input video start time of 31 and audio start time of 6 and hit the 'Play' button after it loads and autoplays to get it to sync correctly. posted by xorry at 2:52 PM on August 11, 2010
