RIP Kihachirō Kawamoto

On August 23rd, the great Japanese stop-motion animator and president of the Japan Animation Association Kihachirō Kawamoto passed away at the age of 85. Here is a selection of his beautiful short films (available on DVD) __ Farce Anthropo - Cynique (1970) - The Demon (1972)

Do you know what the Japanese screens (and Spanish subtitles) read in English for "The Demon," by any chance?

Watching Demon, I was immediately reminded of Screen Play by Barry Purves and realized that I had it backwards.

Oh - and be aware that Screen Play has stop motion puppet nudity in it.
