Sometimes us cubicle monkeys don't have time to get out into the concrete jungle to check out street art for ourselves. If you prefer moving pictures, check out the great 2007 documentary on graffiti art, Bomb It. It's online. I drive by this Dylan several times a week. On the other side of the box it says in street scrawl something along the lines of, "4 years of art school, $65,000, and you get this." Another good one I've seen crop up occasionally (though not the one pictured) is Andre the Misfit.

If you're in LA, not only is there a thriving 'street art' scene, but there's a ton of sanctioned (and bought & paid-for) public art around town.
