This is way better than those (generally very creepy) talking babies on the stockbroker commercials. Well, except that one where the kid is on a time out for trying to ride the dog.

Anyone know why cats do this? Are they playing or is it just some strange ritual before they start kicking the cat litter out of each other? (cause that's usually what happens)

Old school alert: This reminded me of Teasing_Cat.mpeg, an ancient viral from the days when there were, like, 15 bloggers. It was re-enacted by two of them (alas, video of which is not online).
