My favorite thing about this is that when I emailed the news to a friend, the Spell Check told me that Quayle isn't a real word.

Um, ok, two middle aged guys have died of natural causes over the past nine years. Seems like the vast left-wing conspiracy isn't aiming very high these days.

How come Dan Quayle never got to be operated on by one of those farting surgeons who, elsewhere in Metafilter, spread flesh-eating bacteria to their unsuspecting operands? I think we have the right to know.
