I dunno, the joke doesn't seem to scale very well.

Two tigers were eating a clown. One said to the other, does this taste funny to you?

Interesting idea: Am I Funny or Not? Still, I think that displaying the text of the joke would have been more scientific that having to listen to it.

Listening to a joke doesn't necessarily measure the funniness of the joke itself; it measures the comic timing of the reader.
