This film - Brain of Blood - is online and every bit as good as its title suggests.

Also, this one (The Toxic Avenger) and this one (The Creeping Flesh). More?

I've only seen a hand full of those, however I do enjoy the oldies as it were.
It's amazing how different everything is now, from marketing, type fonts and what not!
Should a member of the public see something like that now; they would probably keep walking and pass it off as amature

Soooo, I gather from the poster that How To Make A Monster is about Gossamer from Looney Tunes on a lust-filled rampage?

I like how for The Deadly Spawn, they modeled the titular Spawn after lampreys. However, by giving them hinged jaws, they actually make them look much more familiar and less horrifically alien than the real deal.
