Sarah Palin: Tucson finger-pointing 'irresponsible'

Sarah Palin expressed "sadness" about "irresponsible statements from people attempting to apportion blame" for the recent tragedy in Tucson, AZ. Here is Palin's rambling word dance, which appeared under the headline "America's Enduring Strength," posted early Wednesday on the former Alaska governor's website.

Given the amount of attention every word, deed and thought she has is given, does Metafilter need to have this?

Transcript? It's bad enough going through what she says without having to watch or listen to her at the same time.

why not wait until later. Obama is supposed to be arriving in AZ any minute now and THEN make an FPP including that and the parents' statement.

A more detailed, non single-link post about the right-wing push-back on accusations that violent rhetoric encouraged violence like the Tucson shooting would be better. Also, methinks the Alaskan doth protest too much.

It's sad when our society, or rather media agencies and general populace, give her as much credence as Nelson Mandela. I don't think a post like this should be flagged as much as used as an educational piece to show what greed can get you in America.

Well if there's anything Ms. Palin knows about it's irresponsible speech.

The fact that this cretin has any sociopolitical relevance at all is the surest sign of the impending apocalypse.
