That was great fun. Sam, thanks for organizing it and everyone for attending, it was fun to put faces on the names I've read for so many years. Thanks again for the gifts, those really mean a lot to me after learning all about them at the museum, I'll cherish them and remember the trip every time I look at them. holloway, after so many years of our history together, it was especially great to finally meet you.

I'm betting that longtime MeFi user RakDaddy will be racing there. The events are pretty spectator friendly, since they race around in short laps in a smaller area (courses are usually only 1-1.5 miles long total) than a large road race that might cover hundreds of miles. You can usually walk around an entire course in just a few minutes.
