Will someone be missing breakfast?
Cats tend to be able to just get on with their own thing. My cat fell pregnant when she was 9 months old (we'd planned on letting her have one litter, but when she was slightly older) and she was completely tiny. I was worried that she might have issues with giving birth or feeding all of the kittens, but when the time came she managed everything just fine. Instinct counts for a lot.

It's a Wii, Wario!
The main issue when playing WarioWare multiplayer is the skill level of those involved. WarioWare has a huge bank of positions for the Wiimote to be held in, which can be hard enough to remember and apply in the regular game. If you're introducing guests to it for the first time, they're going to clash with those who've played the game through and recognise the correct stances, methodology of completion and so on.
As others have mentioned, as you're forced to use only... [more]

Postsecret Proceeds
I would guess that the margins are pretty thin if Postsecret was his living
PostSecret isn't his living, it was an art project that turned popular.
Around $30,000 was donated to HopeLine in April during the big fundraising drive and this article comments "The Post Secret project ... has helped raise more than $75,000 for the suicide prevention organization." It's not mentioned whether that's... [more]

why do you wear makeup?
For the record, I wear makeup because I absolutely think makeup makes me(and most women) more attractive. I wear makeup because it makes me not want to die every time I look in the mirror. I wear makeup because I was conditioned as a young child to do so. I wear makeup because it is fun to play with. I wear makeup because I know people are judging me without it on. I wear makeup because I like to, and it should never be questioned what a woman does that helps her to feel sexy.... [more]

International Adoption for Dummies
I have a friend who adopted several children from Cambodia and created a detailed blog about the process. The site is currently unavailable but it can be accessed through the Way Back Machine: "It's very difficult to ask "Was my baby bought or stolen?", "Did my agency willingly lie to me?", "How many orphans are there really?", "Where is the money going?""
I've also heard that MyAdoptionLinks is very... [more]

Squee dot com
If you're looking for specifics then it really depends on the movie franchise; a fansite for a single film on its own will be vastly different to something for, say, a trilogy of films based on a popular series of books.
Fansites have two primary uses: to connect fans with information about their interest and to connect fans with other fen.
In the first case what makes the site good is vast, mountainous piles of information. Fans are by nature... [more]

Is my girlfriend pregnant?
I've never heard of anyone "freaking" themselves into lactation. Women's moods and hormones are not really that powerful guys.
Well, except they are.
I'm loath to link to only wikipedia about this, but false pregnancy is a viable condition in which a woman who believes she is pregnant produces symptoms aligned with pregnancy. This ties in with your suspicions about her pregnant friend.

Brazilian waxist in London?
It's not a personal recommendation but Google pulls up plenty under the string "brazilian wax london".
For starters this seems like a respectable list (scroll down to "London").

Til video games do us part
For games that girls want to play I'd reccomend both the Nintendo DS (now in pink) but also the GameCube. The DS has a great variety of engaging games with easy learning curves - Animal Crossing is frequently and rightly praised but Mario Kart DS is also a fun game to play against a friend, with the bonus' tending to even things out for those who don't play a lot of driving games.
Donkey Konga on the GC (complete with one or two... [more]

Jokes that involve the listener
I've always found that joke to be more effective if you play to the supposed racist connotations of it. That is.. What do you call a black lawyer? or.. What do you call a black millionaire? Or something that makes the person think there's a racist punchline. It also hinges a lot on the fierce delivery of the last line.
Yes, the modified version I use packs a bit more of a punch (especially with a decent pause for the "oh my goodness they're... [more]

I had some friends fall victim to this sort of thing recently, although not on ebay. One had this to say:
Fraud complaints with Visa cards *require* you block the card and they should be filed with your financial institution areawithin 60 days (2 statement cycles) of the charge showing on your card. Depending on how the transaction was performed (meaning which transaction code was used) a fraud claim may or may not require an affidavit of loss/fraud (which has... [more]

Springload and Buzz, are you even reading the same site the rest of us are? Put aside the fact that some idiot has attempted to use (as previously put) our house to further his illegal activities, it's not like people are calling for a SA-style drive-by. In fact, I don't believe that anyone in all the discussion here has exclaimed a sentiment for anything stronger than "this guy should be punished by law".... [more]

Springload, I think he's going to be okay, really: Case study the first. You're vastly overestimating both the level of investment people have on this and the general preponderance for violence amongst mefites. [wildly disliked slightly trollish member] went to a meetup and didn't get anything more than a slight cold shouldering for goodness sake!

Googling "ebay fraud report" gives you the, uh, Online Fraud Complaint Report form.
Looks like he's attempting damage control. Remember to save every copy of any correspondance you have with him.
Also remember (you too airnxtz) that Frivolous Lawsuits/Abuse Of Process/Vexatious Litigation are punishable under Federal Law. You could contact the police department to see if he's doing a Jack Thompson, who knows, he... [more]

It might be worth going to an "expensive" hairdressers just the once and asking them for their advice. They might get you to flip through a few magazines to find something you think'd look good beforehand and you can get their recommendations on styling products as well.
If you're willing to do a buzz cut "just to see" it doesn't hurt to go the other way and try out a slightly higher maintenance cut.
