I have one (color, custom diecut) sticker. I want to turn it into many stickers. The sticker places on the web are astoundingly not helpful for custom work like this. Should I be chasing down a local printer, and if so, which one? There's some additional complication, too.

I need help locating a source for lightly textured (as opposed to glossy) PDA screen protectors or a similar material in bulk, but it seems like everything out there is glossy and clear! I don't use them on a PDA, but as replaceable surfaces on my laptop's touchpad so I'm open to trying something other than a screen protector. Any ideas?

What is the origin of the awkward sentence fragment construction "Long time [something], first time [something else]?" I've been seeing it written (here and elsewhere) with increasing frequency over the last couple of years. It has the ring of a catch phrase being parroted, but as someone with a patchy at best grasp on pop culture, I'm unable to determine its roots.

I need a cheapo NAT router to plug into my DSL bridge, stick in a closet, and ignore forever. I'm used to using a dual-homed Linux box with ipchains/ipfilter, and I have a kind of wacky network configuration, but it's time to downgrade to something smaller, more energy-efficient and quieter. Does anyone have a particular model to suggest?

I am having a difficult time locating a print -- inexpensive or otherwise -- of a particular Salvador Dali painting entitled "Portrait of Gala with Two Lamb Chops Balanced on Her Shoulder", which is a particular favorite of mine. I've probably put in a good three or four hours of Googling, and waded through page after page of online poster and art print stores, including the all to no avail. The image I linked to is the largest and highest quality image I can locate, and it's still too small to run off the Fiery at work or bring in to a service bureau to print, so that's out. How can I get my paws on a decent poster or print of this thing or at least a fair sized photograph of it? I know essentially nothing about buying art (or posters of art). I just want to put it on my wall!
