The Quality Assurance Engineer will become familiar with our hosted software platforms and will ensure clients receive high-quality product implementations. Some technical experience is required. Successful applicants will be detail oriented and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Position responsibilities - Ensure new site implementations adhere to client specifications and function properly. - Perform regression testing of existing implementations prior to new code releases. - Test and give feedback on new platform features and client feature requests. - Expand upon existing QA procedures, such as testing scripts and release processes. - Continually work with the Accounts and Implementation teams to improve all QA processes. - Develop automated testing scripts - Employ strong communication skills, both written and oral, to facilitate communication between development teams, accounts team, and clients.
