I'm in Canada, with enough income that I'm looking into "sponsor a child" organizations that help children in third world countries. There are plenty, but I am still having issues. Specifically regarding donation and religion.

I would really like to locate a hardback picture book I loved as a child. It has to do with 3 children who find this whole fantasy world up a tree. Different areas on each stretch of branch, and the tree is hollow so they can slide down it's centre to get to the ground.

I need some music reccomendations. I really enjoy instrumental string music, but have no idea who some of the really good performers are. In particular, I like the style presented in the theme song to "Angel" by
Darling Violetta, where strings are mixed with a modern rock sound.
So can anyone reccommend some good artists/albums to check out?

I'm about to lose my mind here. I seem to have some sort of auto forward going on in my browser (IE). Every time I hit what I assume is a website that's either down or just gone or whathaveyou I get forwarded to a search engine page with "helpful" results for the URL I was trying to get to. How the hell can I get rid of it? [more inside]

What's a really comfortable and easy pen to write with? Apparently I hold my pen "wrong", which causes some pain, and have a lot of stiffness in my hands to begin with. Ultimately I'm looking for something that will allow me to write for a good length of time without too much discomfort. Plus, I don't want to spend too much money, as I'd likely just lose the pen. Anywhere in the $20 -$30 (CDN) range is good.
So what are your tips or suggestions for making writing physically easier?
