A few years ago my friend's ex from college was trying to find him via the internet. He never used classmates.com so she didn't find any info already posted there, but she did leave a message on classmates.com's boards for his highschool saying she was looking for him. Some of my friend's former highschool classmates who were still in touch with him and used classmates.com, saw the messages and let him know about them. I've seen them in many college bookstores. That may be the easiest way to buy one if there is a university nearby, or try any university bookstore's website.

most rental companies won't rent to drivers under 25 AND do not allow drivers under 25

I rented a car from Enterprise when I was 21 in the Boston Area. That was 9 years ago, so it may not still be their policy or may not be a national policy. Just about everyone else has an age limit of 25.

bookmarks.yahoo.com may meet your needs until you find something better. It gives instruction to import your bookmarks from explorer or mozilla/netscape. (Note: The link above will take you a page asking you to resister or login with yahoo in order to use their bookmarks service.)
