The Grey?? Oh crap, I always thought it was "The Brown"! I always wondered what everyone was talking about.

According to Colorzilla the RGB values for MeTa are 102,102,102, which according to this would be "grey40". It always looks a little brown to me too, though.

That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard all week, and I've been listening to Sarah Palin interviews.

You can't really tell if:

1) They didn't read any of the more inside.
2) They read some of the more inside, but missed the part that makes their answer "wrong".
3) They read the whole thing, but misread part of it.

Try to think up a technical solution that fixes (3).

Actually that isn't as simple as people seem to think, either. There are health and safety inspections, business licenses, dealing with vendors, and of course taxes. A well-liked hot vendor here was recently shut down by the IRS, in fact.

Augusta restaurants/meetup places are not quite to the level of their Atlanta counterparts...

That's true if you are looking at the type of upscale place where you can spend $100 a plate on dinner and twice that on wine, but if cold beer and pizza/barbecue/what have you are what you want we can definitely find a place. Although sadiehawkinstein's suggestion of the Madison/Lake Oconee area is not bad (unless you are coming from Savannah).

You are potentially giving some bad advice of your own. The poster mentions that the woman takes daily medications for a heart condition. Without knowing more, that may be a contraindication for EC, or, conversely, may make it more important that she avoid pregnancy.

That askme is even more of a trainwreck than most medical questions for a number of reasons.

There are eight options for a reason and they're general so they cover as much ground as possible, to make the feature as easy to use as possible. We could probably reduce it further to just five or six, tops with a bit of more editing. Less is more in this case.

Why not reduce it to just "good" and "bad"? Usually, as you have stated multiple times, the problem is obvious, and there is always the contact form for those who really want to say more.

I am not too far from Saluda, and that story reminds me of the story of how Albany, GA got its name. Evidently the train going south only went as far as Albany as there was nothing but the Okeefenokee Swamp and Florida to the south. There was an old, blind conductor named Benny on the train, and to let him know they were at the end of the line his co-workers would yell out "that's all, Benny!"

This is a true story, I don't care what the OED might say.
