ok, has anything been decided? I'd vote for the Alfred or the Courthouse because i am a lazy f*ck, but it has to be said, south head or ... missendon road. Bit of a gap in experience there.

Of course the alfred *is* closer to a hospital.

If anyone is counting, Courthouse gets my vote. And just to confuse things further, the bistro at the Town Hall is very very good.

For those that don't know the area, the Erko is at 102 Erskineville Rd. Turn left out of the Erskineville station, walk 100 metres and cross the road. It's the big vaguely art deco building with a car park to the left.

I've been a member and serious lurker for a while and I've been heartened by how many new members there are from Australia and New Zealand (and how many long term members from oz occasionally raise their heads).

Would anyone be interested in a meet up in Sydney? It could be as glamorous as cocktails on the harbour, or low key as tea in Glebe. I personally favour schooners in Erskineville, but I'm open for suggestions if anyone is keen.
