How much more allergenic are neutered male cats than female cats? I know they produce more Fel d 1, but is the difference slight or significant?

Inspired by
this AskMe thread -- who's going to be in Washington DC for the American Library Association conference or for other reasons June 21-26? Who's interested in a meetup?

Yesterday's Get Fuzzy comic strip appeared in my newspaper with one balloon smudged, one completely blank and a head-scratching graphic in the last frame. I assumed print problems, until I looked at the
online version which displays exactly the same way. I looked at the previous few days' strips, and it still makes no sense. Is it an in-joke? Does anyone have enlightenment to share?

I'm thinking about buying a Mini Cooper. I test-drove one on a dry sunny day and loved it. But, I live in the Northeast, so I need to know: how do they handle in rain/snow/slush/ice?
