It has been my experience that each instance goes to "arbitration" and then after consideration a decision is made. The unemployment folks gather all of the info (i.e., the questions for you) and your previous employer.

A relationship is worth keeping as long as there is trust "growth" or if it is intact. If you love each other (i.e., the ONE) then the above should be in place and you will work this out and remain together.

I should add that by trust I mean to trust each other enough to do the right thing for each other. You each have to do the legwork for yourselves, but loving each other to me means making sure that the other person is doing at least ok. Sometimes things don't work out how you would expect them to, but in the long run you could look back on it as a blessing or a magnificent period of growth.

Depending on your level of pain, it is possible they are Cluster HA. I had sinus surgery, etc. until the final diagnosis which is Chronic Cluster HA. Usually they affect men and are in the short term.

I've live here for 20+ years as well and I a traveled a bunch as a kid (dad was in the air force) and I can tell you that I really like it here. Yes, there are a lot of gray days but some years are better than others. This spring has been the best one so far...we've had sun and 60+ degree temps for two weeks now but that will not be the case next year or the year after.

They want to "experience" the East Coast and are firm about this decision. I have lived in the East but not Northeast so I can't give any advice regarding the area. Any advice would be great so I can pass along.

Thanks for the responses. They (and I) know that RI is small so I am sure that a commute to work, etc. wouldn't be a problem wherever they land in the state. They want to experience that part of the US and have picked RI for reasons known to them. This is an adventure (she is getting a lump sum from a family inheritance) and they want to branch out on their own. Any advice is appreciated.

VW Jetta- I love mine, would buy a used one in a second. Get leather seats and killer stereo. I feel great everytime I get in it. Downside: back seat area is small and uncomfortable and the cup holders (at least in the 2002) are in the way of the cd player but you can adjust sound/song/radio station from the steering wheel. After a hard day sitting at my computer I turn on the heated seat for my back on the way home.

I can't comment on CIGNA as well but I have been with Kaiser Permanente since 1997. I have a major medical condition and the trick for me was to keep trying different providers until I found one that I was completely comfortable with...and this particular one became my primary care physician (PCP).

Be very vocal and become your own advocate. Once you establish a good relationship with a PCP he/she will send you to other departments if/when you need more specific care.... [more]

Make sure that you are having a migraine. It could be a cluster HA (headache) which is a male thing (I think the ratio is 90/20 male/female). I have had a chronic cluster condition for years (the HA come in "clusters" and then disapear for a time) and once I realized the difference from a migraine (which is primarily a female condition for some reason) my doc and I approached it differently.
