Can we search our favorites by user name? If not, can we get that feature added?

Recently, as in the past day or so, the flag for
"offensive" was changed to "offensive/sexism/racism". This was done at the request of several female members who believe Metafilter has become or has been hostile to women and who wished to have some means of highlighting these instances. Several other changes are being considered, such as an addition to the FAQ/guidelines, although nothing concrete has been hammered out. If you would like to add suggestions or have constructive criticism, please do so in this thread.
If you you would like to read the full story of how this came to be,
check out this previous Metatalk thread. It's a bit long, but worth reading for a full understanding of how this issue came about.

Pony request: Can we have temporary favorites?
There are often threads I want to follow, but not make favorites, but if I make them a favorite, then I have delete from my favorites later on. This gets to be a chore when there's a lot of interesting stuff.
Yes, there's the My comments page, but I find it useless, as it only tracks the last ten comments made to the thread, as opposed to only new comments since I last read the thread and it tracks threads I've commented on.
With temporary favorites, I could say "watch this thread for x amount of time". Then if there was a page of just these temp favorites, it make it easy to keep tabs on threads that interest me.
Or basically, just a better way of keeping tabs on threads the user finds interesting without having to make them favorites, which seem like a more permanent marker.

FPP question.
In making up an art centered post, I'm finding lots of great images with data that describes the particular piece of art. However, the art and data about it is on a web page with other pictures (sometimes relate, sometimes not)and the specific pieces I want to use do NOT have anchers. The data about the images is important, because the images are part of a storytelling genre/style and the data helps shed light on the images (which are at least 100 years old usually).
So would it be better to link to just the images or link to the web page and just mention that you have to scroll?

Just curious, do other mefites think the situation/question in
this thread is clear? Was it a badly worded post or not understanding what "coming out" means?

Just Curious Filter: Is there anyway to see to the exact second when a post was submitted? Extopalopaketle and I made
similar posts about the San Francisco zombie mob within the same minute.

How about a round of applause for
skygazer, missing member of
mefi swapset grey from 11/05 who not only finally sent along the CDs, but included a short handwritten note, a tiny toy gun, an even smaller piece of black licorice, a guitar string, and a particularly meaningful (to me at least) blank postcard of early concept designs of the space shuttle.
All of this arrived in the mail in the midst of particularly bad week, so to receive a bit of human sharedness and new music to discover from a total stranger was great. My faith in mefi and humanity is restored. Thank you.

Do we really need a post about
the longest poop? 'Cause it seems in incredibly poor taste. Yes, the article was read. Yes, the point was taken. But jeez!!! (And no, I don't care about the lack of NSFW, as it's pretty obvious from the title)

Regarding ask metafitler similar to
this one, where people don't give a fuller picture to their question/problem/situation: maybe they should be deleted? If a person isn't willing to be open about the things, why should metatime be spent on it?
