I ought to go through some day and rate a bunch of movies I'd seen before Netflix entered my life. That way I might get better (or more accurate) recommendations.

I'll break the news to my guy, Coldchef. I'm sure he'll understand. Movie compatibility is a HUGE dealbreaker.

I may show. I only skimmed the above comments, and I'm being really lazy, I know, but has anyone mentioned McP's in Coronado? They have a dog friendly patio with full food service and a bar right near it...

Can't vouch for their margaritas, but their food is quite decent.

In fact I would love to show. I have a friend in town that weekend, so it depends on what he's up for, too. I'll know more once the day and place is decided...

When we are all camped out, ND, we'll have to discuss a shout out rule, whereby no one's photo can be taken unless they are holding a card with another member's name.

I have a bunch of junk in a storage facility, but I don't remember what all is in there anymore. Anyone else have a storage unit full of junk? We could swap keys.

I'm thinking that even if it were allowed (I honestly don't know), you'd get a whole bucket of flack for it, allkindsoftime. It'd be like, "Meh", and maybe "These were deleted for a reason" and then after several comments like that someone would post a link to meta and say, "BOTW?" and Mattamyn would go in and clean up snarky comments and/or delete the whole thing with a comment like, "We deleted these for a reason".

Stunt, I live in Chula Vista, too. Yeah, I'm normally Miss Introvert, but I was struck with some uncharacteristic bravery and figured I'd shoot up a flare and see what came of it.

Why not just random candy sent to different people each month? Matt could load up mefi, shut his eyes and click around and then stick his finger on the screen. Closest username gets candy. We'd just have to figure who will send it. Well, and the whore thing. That too.

I was with a guy for some time who bitched constantly, nagged me, rarely said what he meant, saved things up that upset him so he could bring them up in other fights...etc etc. He even broke into tears when he was one-upped and backed into a corner. I could make a list of deal breakers based on that relationship alone.

I've been in for while, but man, 1k invites for mefi users is pretty decent virtual shwag. I like vox somewhat, I just haven't had much to say lately, so it's probably been wasted on me. I jumped on it because I'm a sucker for the free invites. I admit it. I wonder, though, if in a few years it'll be like gmail - everyone will have 99 invites built up but all their friends will already be in.
