I think you're confused. We're not international... it's you that are international. I'm right here.

I am running quite late (on disc 2)... but will be ready shortly, and I felt I should point out that inkjet printers SUCK ARSE.
(and not in a good way)

While we're doing Ninja Tune updates: mine went out last weekend.... Though, as I have no idea how long post to the US takes, I don't know what that really means.
Also: due to aforementioned printer issues, some of the titles on a couple of covers aren't the best. If anyone wants the image files for the covers to reprint locally, just ask.
And yes, further thanks to godhatesmath for sorting this all out!

I've got Slybevel's (ta!), and 'er indoors just emailed to say there's a package from the US waiting for me when I get home.
Yay!
How's the same time next year sound?
Absolutely... I've already started making a themed mix...

MeTa post:
Stealth pay marketing sucks.
As one of those posters:
My apologies for posting a game that has a 'pro' version, but I'm not a paying player of that game, and have quite enjoyed playing the quite playable free version. I didn't consider it a 'stealth pay' game, and wouldn't have posted it if I did - it's fairly upfront about the difference between the free and pro versions. But whatever - let the discussion begin.

Given the discussion, could some mod please delete my post, with my apologies?

It's the fault of the poster for putting it up there. Same as paywalled stuff.

Fuzzy Skinner:
Netflix and the Beeb do not attempt to summarise the 'best of the web'. The 'best of the web' is not included in that part which can't be seen by most of the people using it.

No-one is hassling Fuzzy Skinner, but now that we know that this is not BOTW, it can be removed.

I'd had him pegged as more of a South of the river type.

As to the job at hand: are we talking CBD here?
I just rang Workshop, which is a pleasant enough place, and they're open, but only from 6, rather than the usual all day.

Sad fact is that it was a real-life friend who put me on to MeFi, and we do discuss these things in real life.
Is it too late to make this comment anonymously?

I concur.
Questions where the OP just wants people to agree with them belong in Metatalk, not AskMe.
Amirite?

Poorly constructed or blatantly inaccurate.
If someone is the sort of reader who reads this post and believes that the tenets of Magna Carta have been sold to a private corporation, as a result of this transaction, then that someone is too stupid to worry about anyway.

It may inform whether they feel the urge to drop the link into something like vconvert.net, for viewing on their ipod on the train home.
Just a guess, of course.

I'm impressed. Most of the crap ideas suggest in MeTa would just annoy the hell out of me. One that would kill the whole site is quite exceptional.
Two thumbs up.
