CSS help is needed
Thanks, I've got the gap taken care of now.
What I'm specifically looking for is the ability to make it display in a dropline, like it does in FF and not in a dropdown. I talked to Stu the guy who came up with the original and he said it's because I don't have a PX width on the submenu.
I think that this will be a case where I will have to investigate javascript solutions. Thanks for your help all the same.

Good way to make a photo website?
for $35 you can get an account and a website for a year and make your own. I use a little thing called thickbox to display the photos on my own portfolio site.

Scrolling nested divs
is it be possible to set the divs to not be fixed?
Try this: float:left on the outer div and inner one. position them both relative, then set the overflow on the outer div to be hidden. This should allow you to get the scroll bars you need on the viewport. I am personally not comfortable with fixed position divs, I usually use flowing liquid layouts. Hope it helps!

I'm not interested in starting a company, I am interested in SPEED and a high volume of messages at one time. It's for emergency broadcast purposes. I just need the best and fastest company out there.
I'll check out the companies listed, I have to find out if they'll work in Canada on Rogers, Fido, Telus, Virgin etc.
THANKS ALL!!

What does this kanji say?
Thanks all! It never seemed to go on, no matter what gear I was in, but maybe the bulb is just dead. Also the Speed Warning Light sounds pretty funny. I'll have to see if I ever get a speed warning.

There's got to be more than two...
Paint and Canvas. They're only worth about $20 till you use them.
There was one guy named Jackson Pollock who totally destroyed the value of a tube of paint and nearly ruined his canvases by throwing the pain at it! But, it Seems he was on to something, because he was able to make $80 to $100 per painting! unbelievable!

Please suggest a good Lincoln biography
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1102970/
Sarah Vowell who played the voice of Violet in the Incredibles is some kind of Lincoln nut. From what i remember from the Incredibles DVD, shes writing a book about him. and she has all his action figures, as well as a piece of his hair.
She was highly entertaining in her video bio. if she writes a book, it should be top of the list.

I landed my dream job but I don't think I'm cut for it. What should I do?
give it 6 months to a year to get the kinks out. I am an experienced designer and web designer, It will take me 6 months to feel comfortable in a new office. I couldn't imagine how long it will take to feel like i an in charge at a new career! But I'll bet it's longer than 2 months :)

How much to pay kids to tag photos?
i second a nickel per tag. its works better for you and it will challenge them to keep track of the number of tags and think of tags. Also you get a bonus for some of the wacky tags they'll come up with. theyre worth far more than a nickle :)

Any experience with font browsing and tagging?
I'm, installing this one on my machine, I think I'll give it a go, see how it works.
It's been compared to apple itunes, I would wish it had an auto organize folders, like itunes does.
