You know, I think philip-random may be onto something with CLASSIC FILTER. Maybe pb can whip up some way to allow old posts with still-valid links to be "promoted" to the present front page and reopened for comments for a month, as if new again. ClassicFilter. I like this idea. I think it's got legs!

A couple of months ago, yarrow suggested we add Related Posts links to the blue, like the ones we now have for AskMe. A few people liked the idea but mathowie kinda glossed right by it. I'm not sure he saw it. I like this idea as well as I like ClassicFilter; it almost serves the same purpose, except ClassicFilter would open comments on the old posts, where Related links would just give 'em some visibility, without interactivity....
