I'm assembling a document which uses tabbed page dividers. Should the tabbed dividers go before the corresponding section? Or should they follow, the idea being that it makes it easy to flip to that section by lifting the tab of the previous section?
And yes this is a fantastically boring question.

I have a folder of 300+ files with three digit file names. I also have a tab-delimited text file which has the current file name and the corresponding desired file name. How can I use the text file to properly rename all my files?

I'm a non-exempt, non-contract hourly employee who receives a second-shift differential of $.50/hour. Today I noticed that the shift differential is not being figured into my overtime rate — that is, my overtime rate is being calculated at ($N-$.50)*1.5 instead of $N*1.5. Is it normal/legal to ignore shift differential when calculating overtime pay?
