I actually watched the presidential debate at the People's Republik last week (and it wasn't crowded at all--we waltzed in 20 minutes into the debate, and were able to grab a dartboard and a whole corner of the place to ourselves), so I can vouch for them having TVs, and for the fact that the audio will be trained to the debate. It gets a little loud in there on Friday nights, but I would imagine Thursday will be a quieter crowd.

I worksed at McDonaldsback in high school, and the best off-menu concoctions came at the crossover between breakfast and the rest of the menu. Regardless of whether or not it's actually a protected right, mentioning the words 'jury nullification' within earshot of the D.A. is basically a guarantee against serving on that jury.

I would be careful listening to anyone counseling you to just no-show (there can be legal ramifications, depending on where you live), but if either side feels strongly that they don't want you on that panel of 12, you won't be on it. Hence, you can play at buzzwords, and this one's a doozy.

Anecdotally, I'm 6'5" and drive a VW GTI into which I fit comfortably (most headroom I've ever had in a car--so long as no one over 5'2" needs to sit behind me). Thing goes like a bat out of hell, and starts at about $22k. The R32 is a little over your target price, but is awe-inspiringly quick.
