Music post: Lady Bad Luck
Sounds a little like something from the Small Faces album Ogden's Nut Gone Flake. I like it.

Music post: Livin' In Your Side
Holy crap. I know you. (I saw "Tim Cluff" and thought "wait... couldn't be...") Remember? That guy who played piano? With Brett Esaki? Senior when you were a freshman? At St. John's?

Anyway, I married Nicola Podboy. We live in Denver now. Small world.

This song is great.

There was another guy named Ethereal Bligh, but he left. He graduated in the 90's anyhow. Also, anna salomon was here a while ago, I think.

Music post: Astronomy Domine
Hey. Just popped in to say that "Astronomy Domine" is the first song from Piper at the Gates of Dawn, not Saucerful of Secrets.

And also that this version is a beautiful and original cover that Syd himself would be delighted to hear. Huzzah! music.metafilter.com gets even better when you post awesome stuff like this!

Music post: Coffee Time! (a capella)
Wonderful. Many thanks.

Were I in San Fran, we could do stuff. I like playing jazz piano behind singers like you.
