MeFi post: Happy Passover... Have A Black Jesus.

I don't see how Jesus being portrayed as a member of any particular race would have much of an impact on a Jewish person? Jews don't have any reason to be concerned with Christian images.

I'm glad I steered clear of this. I was thinking of watching it, but caught some of the bad reviews and decided that it wasn't worth it. It is too bad, the books were wonderful.
