How do I find what open source project (or nonprofit) might be a "client" for a tutorial or training (instructional design project) that's for university credit?

I have to do a short tutorial website for a course (30 min/10 pages) with a physical object (no software). Is Lego Mindstorms too big/complex to introduce?

What ideas/topics related to
management would add interest to an entry-level course, given an audience of older students with very basic study skills (adults with a GED and several years since school) ?

Professional master's programs (design/computer science related) -- is it worth it? Or would you recommend being self-taught instead?

Job title: editor to ____ ?
I work with an online publishing company and I started out as a editor/production editor. Recently, I've started to learn Flash and more HTML, and basically the goal is to add more multimedia/design to my role. They want to create a new job title/position for me. (I work on a team of SMEs and instructional designers, and there's one multimedia developer that works with us a few times a year.) What job title should I recommend/ask for? If you can't tell, my boss isn't particularly tech-savvy or that knowledgable about the field.
