Podcast Promotion Radio Podcast Promotion Radio is an experiment: I'm using a traditional streaming radio station model to draw listeners towards interesting podcasts. If you are a podcaster, I'll take 2 of your best episodes - along with 15-second promotional audio 'bumpers' for your podcast - and stream them online under the 'Podcast Promotion Radio' banner. Right now I am soliciting participants - the station goes online in December.

Open Icecast Directory openradiodirectory.org is an online Yellow Pages (YP) server for Icecast-based online stations. The Xiph.org folks (who develop Icecast) no longer list non-Ogg streams in their online station directory, much to the chagrin of many mp3-based stations. Now, openradiodirectory.org seeks to house these listings.

Sharing WiFi via Gmaps I've been wanting to learn the Google Maps API for a while, so I built this site. It connects people willing to share/barter their WiFi networks with their neighbors and others who can 'see' that network. Lots of people already do this on an ad-hoc level, but in high-density 'hoods like mine it's hard to match an AP to an owner.
