MeFi post: Have you made any redundancies?

I'm a big fan of the Office. And I didn't think this version was a complete disgrace. The couple of familiar actors did make it feel less documentary, but there were nice touches that suggested to me that it could turn out all right -- especially if jscalzi's understanding (that later episodes will have original script) is correct.
