We're here to protect you from all the terror.
You also should consider that the type of person who goes into airport security needs a phallic tool at hand.
Really? See, I thought it might be the kind of person who needs a job with a good salary ($83,000 a year before overtime and holiday pay), health insurance, a pension (a real pension, as in a defined benefit plan, like they used to have in the old days in the US) and the flexible hours often needed for child care or a... How do we kick out our roommate?
What guarantee do you have that when the landlord hears your complaints she won't decide to kick you out for causing problems with her favored tenant?
Following up on what mediareport said, the penalty for just kicking someone out of a dwelling where they have established residency is severe in many jurisdictions.
In New York State, for example, the landlord could be subject to treble damages. In New York City, in addition... [more]

Wrong. If you take the LSAT with additional time (which is one of the accomodations that people with ADHD often request) the law schools you are applying to ARE notified by LSAC that "your score(s) should be interpreted with great sensitivity and flexibility".... [more]

How do you pick good deals out of an antique store that contains hundreds of items with very slight distinctions?
Learn about the distinctions. Look at this photo. Notice that the pedestal has a ball and ring effect at the bottom. Other examples of this kind of table do not have that kind of detail and the pedestal is simple and straight. A pedestal with good proportion to the rest of the piece and nice detail is more desirable than a plain one.... [more]

How to sell parts of a valuable collection on eBay--without the feedback?
Offer to meet locally and exchange for cash, yes.
Don't do this.
I sell on eBay and am a former Power Seller.
Any item that I sell >$100 I send Insured & Signature Confirmation and I will only ship to an address confirmed by Paypal.
Experience has taught me this.
If you exchange a high value item in person for cash you will have no record of... [more]

You have to sign your tax return and there is this advisory:
"Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined this return, and to the best of my knowledge and belief, it is true, correct, and accurately lists all amounts and sources of income I received during the tax year"

Is garbage disposed of or does it accumulate in the house?

In the Fight Over Piracy, a Rare Stand for Privacy
. . .the program seems to be expanding, and universities are being asked to play an even bigger role. In February [2007], the association [RIAA] started asking universities to identify students suspected of file sharing and to pass along “prelitigation letters” to them. The association says it has provided some 4,000 such letters to more than 150 colleges and universities. The letters offer the students what... [more]

Exactly. While you are working on your accent you should give yourself a title.

It is likely when you are questioned by the investigators and prosecutors they are going to ask you if you have any written accounts of what you witnessed.
For example:

Do you keep a physical hard copy journal in which you recorded what you witnessed?
Did you email to anyone an account of what you witnessed?

From what I have read on this topic I understand many agent trainees begin working at an agency after having earned a JD or MBA.
How could the poster be arriving late on the scene if he would be applying with a JD and work experience before the age of 25?

Can I go to small claims court?
Have you checked with the Clerk at the Court where you would file the lawsuit? In the counties north of NYC service of process for Commercial Claim Summons (Small Claims Court) are handled by the Clerk's office. Personal service is not required.
I know the court structure (with district courts) is a little different in LI so there may be differences with the rules of service.

How do I stop repeated door-to-door solicitation, inside a NYC apartment building?
In NYC the police will not make a trespassing arrest in the circumstances you have outlined unless the management company (Or the landlord or a representative) has signed charges.
As for a cause of action for a civil suit, although I am not a lawyer, my understanding of this issue (one I have been involved with before) is that you will need to have someone from the management company willing to work with you.

Messenger bag shop in NYC?
I have only been to the former Manhattan Portage location near Canal Street (February 2006). They had the whole line their and the staff was friendly and I was left alone to sling different bags over my shoulder and adjust the straps.
I would humbly suggest reviewing this as there are a number of good resources there.
