Well, I jumped the gun and ran right over and had the Los Tres Hombres: brisket, ribs, and pulled pork combo. Recommended.
Unlikely to make it tonight, but thanks to the amazing food y'all just might have a good time anyway.
For the cocktail lovers, I can say the Little Lady found the mojito very much to her liking.

Alls you need is a little brown bag on your deli beer, but a thermos of frozen margaritas, or mojitos, or nice bottle of red, with plastic cups, is the preferred way to go.

The outdoor format was kinda fun, I thought. I'm imagining an early evening picnic outdoors with a BBQ, where we can blast my fantastic portable battery operated stereo, with coolers full of whatever anybody wants/needs without the park ranger's scrutiny.
CL can smoke her big corncob pipe, and I'll show you all how to blow big fireballs with 151 rum.

It was my impression that the rule for "BBC English" is that if the initial syllable of the "h" word is unstressed (historical) one uses "an", whereas if it is stressed (history), one uses "a".
