Is there a term in Cinema/Film school for that slow build humming/buzz sound effect that heightens tension in certain scenes that I think I've only seen in Stanley Kubrick films?

My friend submitted information about his artwork to wikipedia. They accepted his submission but it only shows up when you search for it as "user: inky dreadfuls". What is the user heading? Why would it not show up with the other articles?
What can he do to get rid of the user heading?

I am on a w2k pc at work. I use firefox primarily and hit tons of web sites a day. Yesterday I noticed I was getting the "connection refused" message in Firefox when attempting to go to Amazon.com only.
