Has anyone had any experience with using a US Consul "Report of US Citizen Death Abroad" in lieu of a Death Certificate? My Mom died in Mexico City. We will be getting a death certificate in Spanish, which is the basis for the above mentioned "Report." Wondering if the report is going to be enough. Any experiences? We are wondering if it will be accepted at banks, insurance companies, etc. where they usually require a death certificate.

We had a table saw injury this week at the furniture factory where I work. Does anyone have experience with the SawStop? The web page is impressive. Interested in experiences good, bad, and indifferent.

We are relocating to Phoenix from El Paso. We would like suggestions about where to hunt for a home.

I expect to be relocating to a new city. I have been paying down my current home for over ten years, and have significant equity. It has appreciated in this time. My choices: sell my current home and buy one in the new city. Rent out my home (convert it to income property), and either use other funds to buy in the new city or rent in the new city.

I am job hunting for an executive position after over 15 years as a self-employed consultant. Has anyone had experience with a Career Marketing & Outplacement service such as Allen and Associates? They claim to help you get directly to the decision-makers, and get you interviews and offers quicker. Is it worth the price?
