This Askme
comment advocating illegal property damage and assault, needs to be deleted and the commenter, one Meatbomb, should probably get a time out. Normally I would just flag and move on, but it's hard enough as it is to make helpful posts in legal threads. I really don't want to be in the same thread along with such nonsense, even if it's only there for a few hours before deletion.

DC Meetup at the Freedom Walk? Anyone want to join me in crashing the
Freedom Walk in DC on Sunday, September 11? We'll need to decide on a suitable t-shirt or other identifying markers to make our point -- I assume that they'll be banning picket signs etc. Those interested must
register in advance.

This thread has me wondering: when does discussing the law on a forum like AskMe cross over to giving legal advice? Obviously, any lawyer's first answer is going to be "talk to a lawyer." But then what? (A very similar professional ethics problem for
doctors has been discussed here before.) My legal ethics class was fantastic, but we talked more about Enron than the internet.
