How can I attach drapery panels to a traverse rod? The panels don't have any pockets or slits or flaps.

I'd like an infrared toaster oven, but the "clear winner" from reading online reviews, the Panasonic NB-G100P, seems to be discontinued. Is the Black and Decker Infrawave comparable? Does the Black and Decker Infrawave get hotter to the touch on the outside than the Panasonic does?

Where can I get Jelly Babies in the Twin Cities? I'm looking for some Jelly Babies, and being that the Twin Cities aren't quite the UK, I'm having a hard time finding them. I've also googled for places that may sell marmite in Minneapolis or St. Paul, but still no luck.

StoryIdentificationFilter: A few years ago, I read a scifi short story in an anthology. It had zombie-ish elements, and a scientist-type who was afflicted who was able to work and study the zombie phenomenon by burning out the nerves on spots on his hand that impelled him to touch non-zombies. They kept growing back, so he continually had to burn them out.

I'm getting married. We're looking for a cool place to have the ceremony and reception.
We're looking for places that aren't fire stations, town halls, or church basements. Unless they're *really cool* fire stations. I'd also like to not be at a wedding factory, where they pump out weddings multiple times a day.

My Macbook kernel panicked today, and I've had a fair amount of applications crash since I switched to OS X a week ago. Is this normal? If not, how do I fix or reduce the crashes in the future?

My girlfriend recently purchased a foam mattress topper, for our extra-firm hand-me-down queen mattress. It currently resides between the fitted sheet and the mattress, but it creeps down the bed, night by night. The bed doesn't have a footboard, and the mattress topper ends up sagging off the bottom of the bed, and not reaching to where your head goes.

Can you help me find a particular "Numa Numa" video? I saw it last year and can't seem to find it again!

How can I fix my SiS onboard video? What did I even do to break it?
I recently reinstalled my girlfriend's Linux machine, adding a hard drive in the process. For some reason, the display shows horizontal glitches and every once in a while blinks black for a few seconds.

What does the inside of an Apple Wireless Keyboard look like? Specifically, I'm interested in the active electronic part of it. A picture would be great, but not required.
