I disappear for a few days and miss out on a Melbourne meet-up. =( I used to eye that sidebar every few days, waiting for someone more pro-active to organise one! At least you all had fun, anyway =)

My Christmas came early this year! My parents bought me a car (which will probably constitute Christmas and birthday presents for the next five years!) and gave me a lot of money for my imminent trip to Singapore and Malaysia. I also got an early Christmas present from Monash Uni in the form of a scholarship for the next five years, so I'll walk out of uni a debt-free man. =)
I also got a fancy-shmancy GPS unit for my car from my girlfriend on Christmas Day. Life is good! =D

OK, so it's a known issue. I would have been surprised to find I was the first person to stumble across this.
ardgedee: Usually I catch myself (when posting comments) because if I don't type the HTML entities, the preview is all mixed up. I missed it when asking a question because the behaviour exhibited by that preview is different.

Sorry guys, but my aunt passed away last night (expected and I guess it is good to see the suffering end?) and I doubt I could be much fun tomorrow night.
I hope you guys still go out and have fun, though. That proper meetup with a few weeks notice sounds like a mighty fine idea.
